Class will cover the practice of breath as a vehicle to reduce depression and anxiety. The discussion will cover the study of yogic breathing practices, brief look at the anatomy and physiology of breathing, mouth breathing vs nasal breathing, sleep apnea and an easy standing or sitting practice of easy mindful breathing.
Molly Donovan, LPC, is a practicing licensed professional therapist and yoga teacher in Houston. Molly works with a diverse clientele and uses a strong professional skill set as she allows clients to discover and be aware of how their body holds solutions to recover self-esteem and reduce symptoms of their chronic/acute conditions. Molly is available for consultations or questions related to this class.
