Introduction to the Alexander Method

Six Tuesdays

Beginning Tuesday, February 16 and running through March 22, 2016 from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Chris Lidvall will be offering an introductory group class in the Alexander Technique. Walk-ins are welcome!

Internationally certified Alexander Technique teacher Chris Lidvall offers a 6-week group class to give participants an understanding of the basics of the Alexander Technique and how they can use this tool to help them move without pain and with greater ease and coordination.

Fee: $25/class $120/6 classes
