Come join longtime energy medicine practitioner, Gandhari Bouligny, for an energizing afternoon of Chakra balancing and meditation.

Learn how to use emotion code release techniques to clear thoughts that keep us stuck in old patterns (the focus will be on clearing the heart chakra). We will also use color visualization, as well as conscious breathing and toning techniques to activate and heal our energy centers, and leave feeling lighter, more vibrant and rejuvenated!

Each week with build on the last so come as often as you can.
