Once you have made a donation, a link for the Zoom will be sent to your email address the day before the event.
Please have a chair with a firm seat available to use for the beginning portion of the class. Also, have a mat or carpet that you can lie down on near the end of class and have a small towel handy that you can fold and put under your head. I’ll explain how to use these things in the last section of the class.
