Chakra Balancing and Sound Bath Circle

Gandhari Bouligny is a founding member of AHC, offering Reiki/energy balancing private sessions. She enjoys doing Chakra balancing/healing circles for special occasions and is delighted to work with Deborah who will be playing her crystal bowls for the Sound Bath meditation.

Deborah Douglas is an energy worker, specifically Reiki, Yoga, Tai Chi/Qigong and Karate Instructor and a Certified Aromatherapist. Everything she does helps and encourages the body to move, release toxins, stress, and tension.  She recently added the crystal singing bowls to her toolbox of holistic modalities. Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant sounds usually using a type of bowl (crystal or metal). The sounds fill the room and the body which can help with relaxation, stress, anxiety or other concerns. At this time, Deborah offers her services in her community Quail Valley, Missouri City, Texas. Please visit her website lifeartstx.com for more information and check out her Yoga with DebBee YouTube Channel. A link is on the home page of her website.
