Chakra Meditation Class (IV-VII)

Come join long time energy medicine practitioner, Gandhari Bouligny, for an energizing experience of Chakra balancing and meditation. We will be tuning in to our energy centers using a pendulum to facilitate Chakra clearing and realignment. We will use color visualization, as well as conscious breathing and toning techniques to activate and heal our Chakras, and leave feeling lighter, more vibrant and rejuvenated!

We will heal past traumas that keep us from maintaining an open heart. We will open our throat Chakra to enhance free self expression, then focus on the power of manifestation with the third eye, ending with meditating on our relationship with our higher Self and diving into Oneness!
