Monique Toh, MA, RYT 500 is a plant-based wellness coach and yoga teacher with 20 years of yoga and teaching experience. Monique holds a MA from Rice University and a certification in plant-based nutrition from Cornell. She lives in Houston, TX offering online plant-based nutrition workshops, cooking classes, Hatha and Silver yoga classes, and yoga retreats.
