In the daytime classes “Start Your Day Well” on Zoom, you will learn and experience a blend of Qi Gong movements and Yoga movements (not postures) with breath that will:
- Energize your physical body
- Expand your etheric fields around your body
- Stimulate all your organs
- Lubricate all your joints
- Engage the vagal nerve, stimulating the parasympathetic nerve response of REST & DIGEST. When we are stressed, (worried, concerned, frightened, depressed, upset) we engage the sympathetic nerve response for fight, flight, or freeze.

- Enhance your immune system
