“What is Tapping? Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is also called “Tapping”. This therapy technique combines Human Biofield Techniques with Psychology principles to help clear unwanted emotions. Tapping can be practiced with a trained EFT practitioner or a person can learn to perform some of the techniques independently. This workshop will provide you with some simple tools to help clear unwanted emotions and become more balanced, as you enhance feelings of self-love and acceptance.
There is a suggested Donation of $20. All proceeds go to A Healing Collective.
