The evening class “Unwind from Your Day”, Wednesday evening, September 9th, 7pm-8pm CST, you’ll learn and experience evening Qi Gong movements and Yogic tips that you can use each evening to gently unwind your body and ease your mind for a deeply restful sleep. The second half of the class you will be guided through a peaceful meditation.

- Engage the parasympathetic nervous system
- Breathing technique for meditation
- Enjoy even deeper relaxation in the guided meditation
